Customer Liaison
Duties: Our Customer Liaison will report to the Quality Assurance manager and will fill the dual role of providing Customer Service as well as participating in Quality Assurance activities. The Customer Liaison will provide technical assistance, analysis and training to customers. In addition, this role helps transition software from development to release and addresses customer concerns during this transition. Our Customer Liaison will investigate and resolve software issues and act as our customers' advocate by performing the following duties:
- Answer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming telephone, e-mail, and in-person requests for assistance from users experiencing problems with Filament Games products and related resources.
- Refer more complex matters or defective products to Quality Assurance Manager for assessment.
- Participate in ongoing Quality Assurance efforts including testing operations with an eye toward providing the customer with a high quality, well designed learning tool.
- Prepare evaluations of software and recommend improvements or upgrades.
- Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, and/or Quality Assurance activities.
- Attend meetings with customers and act as the customer's advocate.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Experience in a customer service role, phone or email based.

- Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
- Ability to express opinions in a clear, diplomatic manner.
- Understanding of common Quality Assurance terms and methods.
- Clear understanding of the use, function and configuration of the top 5 internet browsers.
- Solid analytical skills.
- A firm grasp of what makes games compelling, interesting and engaging.

Game Artist
Qualifications: The Game Artist must have a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts or equivalent experience and be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Flash, SAI Paint Pro or equivalent painting software. The Game Artist must also have working knowledge of tangible illustration technique and the ability to translate written word to concept drawings. The candidate must understand 2D & 3D animation principles and have an online portfolio showcasing examples of his or her work. The Game Artist must be able work with a team, communicate effectively, take constructive feedback, and meet strict deadlines. The ideal candidate will have worked on a computer game MOD or commercial title.
Duties: The Game Artist is responsible for completing illustrations, environments, 3D models, and animations with strict deadlines. Other responsibilities include processing artwork using Photoshop & Flash and working closely with our Technical artists and designers to create finished assets.

Technical Artist
Qualifications: The Technical Artist must have a degree in Graphic Design, HCI, Art, Animation, or equivalent experience, along with 3 or more years experience using Adobe Flash and visual design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator. The candidate must have an online portfolio of their work that demonstrates experience with animating environments, interface elements, and characters. The Technical Artist must be able to meet strict deadlines, work and communicate effectively with teams, and have a passion for creating games! The ideal candidate will also have experience with ActionScript 3, HTML, and CSS.
Duties: The Technical Artist will be responsible for wireframing, drawing, and animating user interfaces and other 2-D visual effects. The Technical Artist will also manage the art pipeline and integrate assets from other artists.

Web Programmer
Qualifications: The Web Programmer must be an excellent communicator, self-reliant, and self-driven. The candidate must have a B.S. or Associates degree in Computer Science or related degree, and have at least three years of professional experience using PHP, JavaScript, and SQL. The Web Programmer should have experience developing application logic for large dynamic websites, designing and implementing web service APIs, and designing and implementing robust data architectures. Additionally, the Web Programmer should have experience with ERD/EER diagrams, and have knowledge of Subversion or another SCM tool.

Game Programmer
Qualifications: The Game Programmer must be an excellent communicator, self-reliant, and self-driven. The candidate must have a B.S. or Associates degree in Computer Science or related degree, and be fluent in Act Java, JavaScript, or ActionScript 3. The Game Programmer must have extensive game mechanics literacy, have experience designing, producing, and maintaining complex systems from conception to implementation, and have experience working on small teams. Additionally, candidate must have at least one shipped title, mod, or prototype, or demonstrate-able academic or indie project.

Project Manager/Producer
Qualifications: The Software Project Manager must have a passion for gaming and creating fun and engaging experiences. The candidate must have a Bachelors Degree in Business, game development or have experience working in the project management field and demonstrated knowledge of the entire Software Development Lifecycle. The Project Manager/Producer must have at least 3 years professional experience managing multiple staggered production schedules and concurrent projects, and be experienced at managing multiple teams and holding them accountable for goals and milestones. Additionally, candidates must have proven ability to clearly and effectively communicate business and technical information in both oral and written form, and have the ability to motivate others while holding them accountable for their goals. The candidate will have the ability to adapt quickly to a rapidly changing, fast paced and creative environment. The candidate must also have in-depth experience working with customers and project stakeholders tactfully communicating and controlling scope of the project while maintaining budgets.
The ideal candidate will also have PMP certification and/or Scrum/Agile certification. Ideal candidates will also have a broad knowledge of game design and the video game industry as well as experience in other game development disciplines. Proficiency in Microsoft Project, JIRA, Excel, Indie game production and Subversion tracking is desirable.
Duties: The Project Manger/Producer is responsible for delivering direction from design and technical leads to team members. The Project Manager is expected to develop project schedules, manage budgets and ensure successful execution of timelines, and must monitor development progress, anticipate issues, resolve obstacles to maintain realistic production schedules and communicate updates to customers. The Project Manager/Producer must also work to define/refine studio processes, and work with the CTO to develop Statements of Work, quotes, and proposals. Additionally, the Project Manager/Producer may be involved in vetting Work For Hire contracts.
