Cool Choices

The Cool Choices sustainable behaviors card game is designed to educate players about energy- and resource-saving behaviors, encourage them to make environmentally-aware changes in their personal and professional lives, and provide a community forum through which to foster friendly competition and share success stories.


Every day, players are dealt a handful of digital cards, each of which lists a sustainable behavior. Players choose actions, attempt to carry them out at home or at work, and submit images, stories, or videos to illustrate success stories or challenges they faced. Players are encouraged to form teams and compete for a top spot on the leader boards.


The game was deployed at a local construction firm in a 6-month-long pilot.
