Master Mines

In Master Mines, players travel the Americas in search of rare minerals to bring back to the lab. At the lab, players conduct a series of tests in order to determine each mineral's unique properties. They use the results to identify the minerals themselves in the same way that real geologists do.

This game fits perfectly with beginning Earth Science curricula, teaching players about the various unique traits of materials and the types of tests they can use to identify those materials in the real world.
