EquipT

EquipT is a narrative game that empowers players with the knowledge needed to infuse their workplace with a culture of belonging. The game explores complex diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) topics in multidimensional depth, examining a set of scenarios through the viewpoints of five coworkers whose complex identities lead to different experiences around DEI issues in their shared workplace. As learners complete chapters from these characters’ viewpoints, they experience what it’s like to grapple with realistic, relatable DEI challenges and opportunities, gaining richly layered insights and ultimately achieving a vision of what it can look like to transform a workplace culture in lasting ways.
